We are real people on a real journey of growth, learning, forgiveness and faith.
We believe our journey of faith begins with taking Jesus Christ as our Savior, God as our Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit as our constant companion.
We believe that the church is a place to refocus, to breathe in the amazing grace God has given us, and to praise our Heavenly Father in carefree worship. It is a training ground for a life of discipleship.
We believe it is our mission to be prayerful and active in our community and beyond, whether in mission work, outreach, or service.

Worship
Leadership
Jesse & Cayla Corkill
Cayla Corkill serves as the worship leader and Walk In Faith, leading the praise and worship team on Sundays. Cayla is a passionate worship leader, driven to pursue a culture of hunger and desperation for the heart of Jesus through worship music.
Corkill earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education with a Vocal Emphasis from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri. She has performed on tour across Missouri and the United States as an active student and multi-faceted musician while pursuing her degree. During her time at CMU, Cayla became involved with The Navigators, an international Christian ministry with the vision “to know Christ and to make Him known.” It was here she felt the strong desire and call of the Lord to minister to Him and His Bride, the Church, through music.

Cayla and her husband Jesse were married in February 2020, and are passionate about discipleship, foster care, traveling, the outdoors, and coffee. They serve as house parents to foster children at Coyote Hill, Jefferson City. The Corkills welcomed their first biological daughter, Aurora, in the fall of 2021.
Statements of Belief
ABOUT
God
the Father
We believe in the one true God, eternally comprised and existing as three parts: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of the universe and the ruler of mankind. God is active in the world, drawing all to Himself.

God is good and kind, merciful and just. He invites all into deep and abiding relationship, forgives all who call upon His Name and will one day judge both the living and the dead.

Luke 3:22, 2 Corinthians 13:14,
John 10:30
Jesus Christ
the Son
Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived as fully God and fully human. He was put to death on the cross, and rose again on the third day.
Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life, that all who believe in Him may be forgiven, justified and have eternal life.
